I'm a former Naval Officer who had been in various management positions with different companies. However, I began to
realize that it would be more interesting, fulfilling, and lucrative to become an entrepeneur and work for myself.

Marathon Man Sees Need for Better Nutrition
I had always recognized the importance of a healthy lifestyle, especially when seeing the affects of age on people
who could have taken better care of their bodies. In 2002, I turned 40 and took up running. Through a proper diet,
training and an increased focus on nutrition, I've been feeling younger ever since. In that time, I've run 11
marathons (26.2 miles), including the 2005 and 2006 Boston Marathon!
